My only crit would be that the ear seems turned to far towards us. I would see the ear being more flattened against the head from this angle. Her right eye seems to be to be off a bit as well.
The lighting on her lips is really nice and the look of her hair is amazing. I especially like eyebrows. Keep up the awesome work.

It seems there's light coming through the thinner cartilage part of her upper ear but
no obvious light source. Maybe I am not looking at it right. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
